They two are in their sixties or seventies; nobodys knows their exact ages.
They two always dress in the same clothes with each other.
They two like bright colors and white long socks.
They two walk down Wisconsin Ave every day one after the other, dragging their heavy black suitcases.
They are always seen together, never apart.
Rainy days, sunny days, windy days, snowy days. They are always there.
I myself saw them twice. The latest one was last week on my way back home on LIMO. I was looking at the doodle on the window drawn by rain, bored. They wore in light blue jackets, pink skirts and white long socks. They were walking across the street, with their suitcases. My heart was suddently wet at the sight.
My friend said the twin ladies have lived in this community for many years. Almost every student at Marquette has ever seen them walking on the Wisconsin Ave. They have to walk one after the other because one of them is blind and the other is deaf.
She is her eyes; she is her ears.
Who will be your eyes/ears when you are old?

Hi, Juan Mao, I am now in Washington D.C., tired. I went to a gay bar last night and came back at 1:30am but got up at 7:00am to listen to another great speaker talking about US foreign policy. It's like a brain wash. Anyway, tomorrow we will go for a city tour and I will fly back to OH tomorrow night for my unfinished papers and exams. I met my "academic sister" and she told me that there would be a summer festival in your city on June 24th, and I think I might go. Anyway, talk with you later. C U.
So you are coming for the Summerfest? But I'll be out of town for the trip to Yellowstone from 19th to 27th. What shall I do?
I am not sure; you know I am changeable. When listing all the things to be done this summer, it seems that my summer is short. I didn't move as you did, but many things to me, changed. I have a strong feeling of prediction: my future life will be changed greatly from this summer. I believe. Have fun with friends in Yellowstone!
