Wisconsin State Fair is one of my favorite summer activities in Milwaukee. Chickens, ducks, cows, sheep, rabbits, pigs, and cream puffs!!! I've been totally fed up with staring at frozen chicken thigh, breast, beef, pork in supermarket. I want to see something LIVE!!!

Cool haircut

You can see chicks and baby ducks alive in the chicken farm in the countryside as well. But unfortunately they are about to be killed, wrapped and then transported to the supermarket soon. Because of the huge demand of the market, they are fed and treated with illegal food and drugs in order to make them grow as quick as they can. Frequently you can see some chicks seem like so plump and healthy, but in fact they are not strong enough to afford the weight of their own bodies, so they have to try their best to move and balance themselves by using their bellies and both legs. If you chop off the legs of this kind of chicken, you will see that the bone is so fragile and easy to bend. I cannot help asking what kind of meat you are going to choose? The meat from supermarket or from normal butchers?

Butchers? Gee...we have no access to them.
