Thanks go to Discovery Channel for bringing up such a touching documentary on the stories of people who left four years ago. Before today they were strangers to me but now I know something of them, something that will last in my memory for long. When facing the aftermath of disasters, we are usually shocked by the number of how many people suffer from that. We should be, but should be more than that. Given more chances to delve into those people's lives, they are brought to life again, at least in our hearts. They are no longer the forty lives that were taken by a terrorist attack; they are forty lives that ever lived among us. Remember them.

Yeah, I believe all the people regardless browsing your blog at first time or enjoying your blog as their daily routine, will be moved, when they read this post. Although yesterday's Financial Times just used a relative small part to recall this historical anniversary, utilizing a snap of Geoge W. Bush observing the moment of silence, the significance behind this is much larger than we are subject to. As you know, as Britian similarly has not recovered from the trauma of a series terrorist attacks almost two months ago, a package of implementation against terrorist attack which is being under discussion between Whitehall and Scotland Yard, from most residents' in the UK points of view, is not comprehensive and trustworthy enough to cover up this most serious internatinal issue at all by far. One thing that we have to bear in our mind is that whilst Bush made his honour towards disaster victims, a video tape made by an alleged American member of al-Qaeda, warning further attacks in Los Angeles and Melbourne, overshadowed the rememberance services. Further, how to defend his own reputation for the way he handled the Hurrican Katrina crisis is also on Bush's current working schedule. Hopefully, this Texas oil driller can sort them out without any questions.
